This particular place is located within the food court at Fig-at-7th downtown LA. The food is always good, good customer service and always plenty of seats. You can eat inside or outside in the open courtyard. It costs a little bit more than other Asian fast food places, but it's a great place to get some good food. Other places give you more for less money and just as good. Nevertheless it's good food and good service.

There's a real lack of good late night spots for food in LA. I'm glad full moon house is around when it comes to that late night hunger after some drinks and dancing. Solid eats.

This is the best Chinese food in Chinatown. The food comes out hot, fresh and delicious all at the same time. An added bonus is that the service here is fantastic. Our server was so kind to suggest that we order the smaller size soup but we were in the mood for a bigger size serving. Very honest people here. The soup that we normally order is the mixed seafood tofu soup. This is an amazing soup that has shrimp, tofu, and green peas. We also ordered the steamed fish fillet with soy sauce, ginger and scallions. This is a fantastic dish that goes well with steam white rice. The ambience here is quite nice and chill. This is an exceptional restaurant and comes highly recommended.

The exterior is kinda on the dingy side, and the alleyway added to my question: Will this be any good? Don't judge a book by its cover. The interior has a warm vibrant welcoming feel, and overhearing what sounds like regulars ordering left me looking forward to this Jasmine tea that was spoken so highly. I was seated quickly and the service is very attentive. The food arrived fast! I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, very flavorful with its spices (mildly spiced) and the quality of the chicken was fantastic. The jasmine tea - just like I overheard, it's really really good.
